Who we are

Content Factory is a personal, single-user application operated by its owner to publish the owner's own videos to the owner's own social media accounts. No third party can create an account or use the service.

What data is processed

• OAuth access tokens granted by TikTok, Instagram (Meta) and Google/YouTube when the owner connects an account. They are stored encrypted at rest on the owner's server.
• Basic profile data returned by those platforms (user id, display name) used only to label the connected account.
• Video files and captions uploaded by the owner, kept only until they are published and then deleted automatically after a short retention period.

How data is used

Exclusively to publish the owner's content to the owner's connected accounts and to display the publication status to the owner. Data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Third parties

Data is transmitted to TikTok, Meta/Instagram, Google/YouTube and, optionally, to the scheduling services Buffer and Zernio, strictly to carry out the publication requested by the owner. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they receive.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept until the owner disconnects the account. Media files are deleted within days of publication. The owner can delete all data at any time by removing the application's database.
